Returns & Exchanges Policy

At St Johns Candle & Body Co, we want you to love your home fragrance experience. Because we understand that buying scents online can be tricky, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Item Condition

  • To be eligible for a refund, candles must be unburned, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • We cannot accept returns for candles that have been lit or show signs of wear.
  • Custom, personalized, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your candle arrives broken or damaged due to transit, please contact us at sjcandleandbodyco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please include a photo of the damaged item and the shipping box. We will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For standard "change of mind" returns or scent exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.

5. Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
