Thank you for supporting St Johns Candle & Body Co! We carefully package every product to ensure it arrives safely at your doorstep. Please review our shipping practices below.
1. Processing Times
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.
- Peak Seasons: During holidays or major sale events, processing may take up to 5 to 7 business days.
- Exclusions: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Delivered in 3 to 7 business days via [all major carriers.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered in 1 to 3 business days.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75.
3. ☀️ Summer & Warm Weather Shipping Policy
Because our candles are made from natural wax, they can soften or melt if left in hot delivery trucks or sunny porches. To protect your order during summer months:
- Shipment Days: We only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to prevent packages from sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
- Upgraded Packaging: We may include biodegradable ice packs or thermal wrap at no extra cost to you.
- Delivery Warning: Please track your package closely and bring it indoors immediately upon delivery to prevent melting.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order ships.
- The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
5. Damages, Broken Glass, and Melted Items
- Replacement Guarantee: If your candle arrives broken, cracked, or completely melted, we will replace it.
- Process: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us at sjcandleandbodyco@gmail.com within 7 days post- delivery with a photo of the damaged candle and the shipping box.
- Do Not Discard: Please do not throw away the broken item or packaging until we have processed your claim.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Incorrectly Addressed Packages
- Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the additional shipping fee to reship it.
Stolen Packages: St Johns Candle & Body Co is not responsible for packages stolen after they are marked as successfully delivered by the carrier.
